Der Ausrufpreis versteht sich netto zzgl. 20 % österreichische MwSt. Weitere Kosten entnehmen Sie bitte der gesonderten Preisliste. Wichtige Information für Käufer aus EU-Staaten außerhalb Österreich: Käufer regelbesteuerter Fahrzeuge, mit gültiger Umsatzsteuer-Ident Nummer und mit Firmensitz im innereuropäischen Ausland außerhalb des Fahrzeugstandorts, erhalten zunächst eine Brutto-Rechnung. Nach Vorlage der Nachweise für die Verbringung des Fahrzeuges in das Land dessen Firmensitzes, erhält der Käufer eine Netto-Rechnung (innergemeinschaftliche Lieferung) und die Mehrwertsteuer abzüglich der EU-Bearbeitungsgebühr zurück erstattet. Abholung und Ausfuhr ausschließlich durch eine im Namen und auf Rechnung des Käufers beauftragte Spedition. Durch die Spedition ist eine Bescheinigung für Umsatzsteuerzwecke, welche zusammen mit dem Abholschein dem Käufer zugesendet wird, auszufüllen. Eine Selbstabholung oder Abholung durch sonstige Dritte ist nicht zulässig. Als Nachweis ist die Bescheinigung für Umsatzsteuerzwecke, das dazugehörige CMR sowie die Transportrechnung beim Verkäufer einzureichen. Wichtige Information für Käufer aus Nicht-EU-Staaten (Drittländern: Käufer aus NICHT-EU-Staaten, erhalten zunächst eine Brutto-Rechnung. Nach Vorlage eines gültigen Ausfuhrnachweises (Ausgangsvermerk) bekommen Sie eine Netto-Rechnung (steuerfreie Ausfuhrlieferung), sowie die Mehrwertsteuer abzüglich der Drittland-Bearbeitungsgebühr zurückerstattet. Die Ausfuhrpapiere können leider nicht über den Verkäufer erstellt werden. Bei der Abholung des Fahrzeugs ist nachstehendes zu beachten. Fahrzeuge mit schwacher oder keiner Batterieleistung, müssen mit Starterset oder ähnlichem, selbst überbrückt werden. Falls dies nicht gewährleistet werden kann, übernimmt der Logistikstandort die Überbrückung und es wird eine Gebühr in Höhe von 20 € netto berechnet. Die Gebühr ist vor Ort zu zahlen. After submission of evidence for bringing the vehicle into the country of the latter's company head office, the buyer will receive a net invoice (intra- Community delivery) and the value added tax minus the EU processing fee will be reimbursed. Collection and export exclusively through a freight forwarding company instructed in the name and on the account of the buyer. The freight forwarding company is to complete a certification for VAT purposes, which is to be sent together with the pickup slip to the buyer. Collection by the buyer or collection by another third party is not permitted. The certification for VAT purposes, the CMR belonging to it as well as the transport invoice are to be submitted to the vendor.
