• Important information for buyers from Austria: According to the tax office's information, there is no tax freeze on this vehicle. Invoicing is handled by Auktion & Markt AG, the Austrian fiscal representative. The starting price is net, plus 20% Austrian VAT. Please refer to the separate price list for further costs. Important information for buyers from EU countries outside Austria: Buyers of vehicles subject to standard VAT, with a valid VAT identification number and a company headquarters in another EU country outside the vehicle's location, will initially receive a gross invoice. After submitting proof of the vehicle's transfer to the country of the company's headquarters, the buyer will receive a net invoice (intra-Community supply) and the VAT, less the EU processing fee, will be refunded. Collection and export are exclusively handled by a freight forwarder commissioned on behalf of and at the expense of the buyer. The shipping company will complete a certificate for VAT purposes, which will be sent to the buyer along with the collection slip. Self-collection or collection by other third parties is not permitted. The certificate for VAT purposes, the corresponding CMR, and the transport invoice must be submitted to the seller as proof of purchase.
